We're happy to communicate with you via text, phone, and email for your convenience. Please note that We work via email/text in order to exchange photos and will only exchange pricing in writing. If there's any pricing talked about on the phone call, we do follow up with an email about the pricing that we talked about. Working through email/text also allows us to provide quick responses while at event locations or outside of business hours.

Yes. An on-site consultation is available on select weekdays for an additional fee.
Orders should be placed as early as possible. Event set up dates and times are first come first serve and can fill up quickly. Orders placed less than one week in advance may be subject to a rush fee. This is to ensure we can rush ship products needed, rearrange our delivery schedule, and pay staff to stay later or come in early to prepare your order.
Delivery fees depend on the delivery location and time of day.
Yes we do offer a grab and go service. Anything grab and go or pick up bus have/bring appropriate vehicle to make sure all the balloons that you ordered will fit. Preferably large SUV with the seat pull it down.
yes, there is a separate fee for the removal or pick-up of balloon decorations upon request. in cases where there are rentals included in your order or specific equipment that needs to be returned, pick-up services are necessary. depending on the circumstances, some equipment can be dropped off at our headquarters. additionally, we offer disposable options for certain orders, although this may not be applicable to all orders. feel free to provide more details about your specific needs or preferences for further assistance.
We do require payment in full at time of placing order(s); events are not confirmed until payment has been received. Payments are non-refundable, only transferrable to future orders, and will be subject to the current pricing. If a client is needing to reschedule the delivery/event date, we can apply store credit to future orders providing that notice is given at least 7 days prior to event. If client is cancelling or rescheduling event within 7 days from event, there will be no cancellations or credits issued and payments will be forfeited.

Many air filled balloon designs can last weeks indoors! Please note that a space with doors and/or windows open to the outside is considered outdoors because wind, humidity, sunlight can and will affect the balloons. The longevity of your balloons will depend on the environmental conditions of the space and we cannot guarantee that the balloons will last any specific amount of time.
All of our helium balloons will generally float for at least 3 days if indoors, but typically much longer! Again, the longevity of your balloons will depend on the environmental conditions of the space and we cannot guarantee that the balloons will last any specific amount of time.
Balloons used outdoors are not guaranteed to last any specific amount of time as the sun, heat, wind, rain, etc., affects the lifespan of the balloons.
Certainly! Our latex balloons are crafted from natural materials and are 100% fully biodegradable, breaking down at a rate similar to that of an oak leaf. On the other hand, foil balloons are not biodegradable but can be recycled and reused. It is important NOT to release any type of balloon outdoors and ensure proper disposal. No, we can not guarantee the quality or speculate about the longevity of balloons not provided by us. If they are defective or burst during or after inflation there may not be enough balloons necessary for your decor design. It is more time and cost effective for you to order the balloon decor from us using our balloons.
